downity.com favorite Hayden Panettiere was a guest on Regis and Kelly the other day and in case you missed it, above is the entire eight plus minute segment.

TMZ is also scooping that while outside in an impromptu autograph session, the paparazzi were crushing in on Hayden to the point that they nearly flattened a little girl that was standing waiting for an autograph.

So what does the tiny Hayden do? Drops the F-bomb, of course. And TMZ caught it on vid, as usual… those crafty fuckers. They’re probably outside my windows right now drilling little holes into leaves to insert small cameras.

Rumors are flying all over the place that Heroes co-stars Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia are an item. It sounded stupid to us, too… especially with Milo being 30 and Hayden being barely 18.

However, above is a video that wants you to think otherwise. Watch Hayden and Milo get their grind on at the Duran Duran concert at Disney Hall a short while ago. It’s more than likely they’re just friends / co-workers, but you can bet your ass he would hit that harder than the fist of an angry god if he got the chance. Screw the age difference.

VIDEO: Kid Rock and Tommy Lee’s pathetic wannabe fight at the MTV VMAs

So, apparently there was a fight between Kid Rock and Tommy Lee at the MTV Video Music Awards. Well, if you’re prepared to see the lamest “fight” in recent history, watch the above video. The biggest piece of comedy in all this is that Kid Rock is actually getting charged with misdemeanor battery for hitting him about as hard as I close a cupboard door.

Very weak, boys. Especially from two guys who most would expect could really throw down.

Las Vegas police say Kid Rock was cited for the brawl. “Upon our arrival, Kid Rock was issued a citation at the Palms for misdemeanor battery. It will require him to make a court appearance in probably three to five weeks,” Las Vegas police Officer Bill Cassell tells PEOPLE. “Both parties were released at the scene.”

According to an onlooker in the audience, “They had each other at the necks, they were practically strangling each other.” Another eyewitness saw Tommy Lee escorted out, “screaming the f-word over and over again.” He was taken out into main casino in front of thousands of fans.

“I was minding myself and then he goes and punches me on the cheek,” Lee told The Insider. “I was trying to be the bigger man, but he was acting childish.”

He added that after Kid came up and punched him, he “was ready to go in the alley and kick his a–.”

“I was about to put Kid in the emergency room when security grabbed me,” Lee said. “They said, ‘If you move, we will break your arms.’ ”

Suuuure, dude. We’ve all heard that one before.
